Well this has been the season in a nutshell right? Just when things are looking pretty sweet…then suddenly they aren’t. On the flip side….I think it is one of the things that has helped them to stay focused all season. Time to dial back in guys!!!!

yeah I can’t think of anything that causes a rash AND the other symptoms that were reported beyond one thing – food allergy. This is exactly the kind of thing I battle when I eat pineapple. But it does make you wonder.

According to Liriano (reported by Star Tribune), he has been sick since his last start on Sunday, feeling weak and not eating well. Remember the reported rash and tiredness before his last start? This does not sound like a food-borne illness to me.
Wonder if he’s been tested for mononucleosis. (I had mono many years ago….it takes a long time to recover)

Yes….I am jumping to conclusions, and starting to panic.

Excellent summary of a truly miserable game . . . and BTW, we are tied with TB for the best AL record . . . though trailing behind the Phillies for the best record overall . . . though my guess is the AL order will change quite a few times before the season is done.

Let’s all splash some water on our faces and wash this one away . . . afterall, tomorrow is another day!
