D’oh! I’m a little late and I won’t get to watch hardly any of this game but if you’re out there and you want to come chat about the game while YOU are lucky enough to watch, here you go.

THE GIANTS ARE THE NATIONAL LEAGUE CHAMPIONS!
I’m really looking forward this particular World Series! I can’t tell you how much I don’t care that there is no east coast representation… *laugh*
Good pitching (Giants) versus good hitting (Rangers) should be a great World Series
Go Rangers!
Always nice to have some new teams in the mix. Not sure how many people would have predicted this WS match-up in April, or even August 🙂
My preferences for World Series match-ups:
1: A WS involving the Twins
2: A WS that includes NO teams from any “major media market” (NY, Chicago, LA… and I’m ready to put Philadelphia in this group too).
3: Any WS in which the Yankees are not participants.
In other words, if the Twins aren’t there, then this match up is just fine with me. Being an AL kinda guy, I’ll be rooting for the Rangers, but I have no real issues with the Giants either… so let’s just have some really good baseball.
