I would really like to see Baker have a good outing today as he’s been announced to close out our starting rotation. And I would also like to hear a little bit better baserunning than yesterday.

Well it’s fun to win, I wish we could have scored some more runs after that 2nd inning spectacular but knowing baseball, you take what you can get. It’s fun to see these guys just about ready. Baker still had the weakness for the long ball but the rest of his pitching was pretty good. I think Cuddyer and Morneau are still getting their rhythmn down on swinging the bat but it’s pretty obvious that the rest of the lineup is falling into tempo. So excited for the regular season!!!!
