Baltimore’s Camden Yards is a top 5 ballpark for me, and the O’s fans are as knowledgable and gracious as any other.

My favorite part is during the national anthem, when they sing “O! say does that star-spangled banner yet wave…” the crowd screams the “O!” for the O’s…

Despite no recent success, they are a fun, fan-friendly franchise, and you can get good tickets for cheap. It doesn’t hurt that Camden Yards remains one of the best places to watch a ball game. I’m hitting up the last Twins game (April 21) – I called the box office and got seats 2 rows above the visitors dugout.

I’ve done karaoke exactly once in my life… as part of a group (fortunately for all concerned) and “Thank God I’m a Country Boy” was the song. (Note to all who might think that’s a good idea… it isn’t… it’s far too fast to sing drunk and in unison with several other people… unless it’s at an Oriole game, apparently.)
