I guess you give him one or two more starts, but there just are no good options right now. If he goes to the pen, do you put Swarzak back in the rotation? Duensing? Call up Diamond? If you do that, who do you eject from the current pen? Terry Ryan has a tough call to make coming up.

We’ve noticed that we’re approaching our 100,000th visitor (we are actually at about 134,000 page views already). It does call for some form of contest or celebration, but we haven’t come up with one yet… and time is quickly running short! Do they just keep letting him go out there until he figures it out? Demote him to a low-leverage role in the bullpen (completely negating any trade value he might have? It will be interesting.
