It’s a business/psychology book that explores irrational thought. It could be that the PSU athletics directors were so concerned about the image of their football program that they decided to try and keep the allegations against Jerry Sandusky under the rug. This is the same type of thinking that resulted in a pilot causing the worst plane crash in history: he was so worried about his reputation of punctuality that he decided to take off in a fog, only to collide with another plane on the runway.
