There are an awful lot of guys in the low minors on the list and all of those guys are more potential than anything solid at this point.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Looking back a few years at Seth&#039;s Top prospects to what you listed today, you can certainly see the progression the Twins have made in upgrading the talent in the Minor Leagues.  Here are a few examples from Seth&#039;s lists:  2010 - #4 prospect was Angel Morales who has fallen off the map.  David Bromberg was listed #7.  In 2009 - #3 Morales again, Swarzack was #6   In 2008, the #1 prospect Seth listed was Deolis Guerra, good grief, if he was our Number 1.  And our 2-4 were Robertson, Swarzak, Mulvey.  And the infamous Phil Humber was our #7 prospect.  Most wouldn&#039;t even make the top 20 now.   So brighter days are definitely ahead for our Twins.]]></description>
